It doesn’t let you change your profile picture.. this has been an issue for a few months!!

It doesn’t let me respond to your comment but this happens on mobile (iOS) and web on mac, i have a profile photo already but whenever i try and upload a new one it doesn’t update

Hi Kalina, thanks for your reply. Could you please reach out to help@listful.com and tell us your username and ideally attach a screen recording. We just tested changing the profile picture on iOS and Mac and it worked without problems for us. We have to investigate whether there is any specific problem affecting your account. Mention to support that Florian asked you to send the info so this will be forwarded to me. Thanks, Florian

Hi Kalina, thank you for your feedback. Could you please let us know the operating system (Web, iOS or Android) you use when you try to change your profile picture? Ideally also send us a screen recording of what happens. We will investigate and fix right away. Thanks, Florian
